Third Millennium Associates Lockbox is specifically designed to help municipalities that have frequent or high volumes of inbound payments to reduce operational expenses, improve cash flow and update ERP accounting system faster.

TMA creates a remittance coupon that incorporates all the necessary technology to operate in an automated retail environment. On a daily basis, TMA will process your mail from a predesignated PO box, collect funds, image checks and deposit revenues directly to your bank account via image cash letters(ICL). Reports are created and viewable online with a 99+ percent accuracy. Our lock box is all inclusive and scalable to meet your needs.

In conjunction with Bank Lockbox service, Third Millennium Associates fulfillment service will provide relief for your “back room” operations.

Once a remittance has cleared the lockbox, TMA will assign all necessary stickers, tags and permits to your customers. TMA will process and mail vehicle stickers, placards and tags on your behalf and update your database with any changes.
